Julie A. Blair
Julie was born and raised in the Langell Valley area on a ranch about 40 miles from Klamath Falls. She attended public schools from kindergarten through high school in Bonanza, graduating in 1979. She then attended OIT obtaining an associates degree in Secretarial Science (Legal) and then returned later for a bachelors in Accounting. She has raised four beautiful daughters and has eight grandchildren.
After 15 years with the Forest Service (positions ranging from Clerk-Typist, Personnel Clerk, Purchasing Agent to Computer Specialist) and then three years as a Production Clerk/Accountant with Columbia Forest Products, she decided to put her education to use working as a legal assistant. Before coming to our firm in August 2015, she spent 18 years with another law firm in Klamath Falls.
She is now the primary assistant for Michael P. Rudd. Her legal experience is in estates, estate planning, conservatorships, guardianships, corporations and real estate.
She loves to quilt and is a member of a local quilt guild, as well as a local quilt cooperative. She and her husband, Don, like to travel when possible, spending time fishing, hunting and taking scenic drives.
