Michael P. Rudd
Michael was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1967 and moved to Klamath Falls in 1973 where he attended public schools from kindergarten through high school. Mike graduated in 1985 from Klamath Union High School and graduated from the University of Washington in 1989 with a degree in political science with an emphasis in history. After graduation from college, Michael worked at Mt. Bachelor in Bend Oregon, and bartended for a year prior to attending Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1993. Mike also attended a semester in Shanghai, China studying Chinese joint-venture law.
Michael represents or currently serves on the Board of Directors of municipal, private, and non-profit corporations in the State of Oregon. He enjoys organizing, restructuring, and merging business entities including one 7-way reverse merger with NASDAQ traded company. He practices in real property and real property development with practices in estate planning and estate/trust administration, which includes wealth transfer techniques and minimizing sate and federal inheritance tax ramifications.
Michael and his wife, Jennifer, enjoy the outdoor activities offered in the Klamath Basin. In particular, Michael enjoys skiing, fishing, hiking and an occasional round of golf with friends for charity. Michael enjoys the practice of law and the lifestyle, spending time with his family and friends in a small-town atmosphere.
